The June Clinic (6/12-13) and Schooling Show (6/14) are a GO! BUT!!!! In order to keep everyone as safe as possible, a number of changes are in the works.
- We are limiting stabling overnights to clinic entrants who are "local" to avoid spreading virus to new communities. No overnights for those just coming on Sunday. Watch for email indicating if you have an overnight stall available.
- Face masks are recommended when unmounted for all on the property, and REQUIRED when you are within 10 feet of someone else who is not a current household member.
- As of now, the Clinic Fri 6/12 and Sat 6/13 are full, but registered riders will have the opportunity to withdraw. If the new terms keep you from coming or you just prefer not to come given the circumstances, you can withdraw. If you've registered, watch for an email with these details and asking you to reconfirm, including notes on what is still missing from your clinic entry.
- Regarding, the Fun Show: it is replaced with a Schooling Day offering “Ride a Test” and “School a jump course” run much like a show. To keep from spreading the virus to other communities, riders that can get to the show grounds and home on one tank of gas are allowed to enter. No judging due to the difficulty of safely scribing and scoring from a distance, and therefore, no ribbons. But you can bring a family member to video you and be your own judge. Coaching offered by Jane Braddock, or bring your own coach! Overnight stabling offered only to riders also participating in clinic prior to show. Pre-entries ONLY. Entries will be limited to avoid crowding. Entry not complete until payment received. Payment MUST be received prior to closing. See entry form for recommended CONTACTLESS entry process: Schooling Day Entry Form
Apologies to those who wanted to come but are now not be able to do so because of these new rules. With your help, we can do a clinic and schooling day safely and do our part to avoid spread of COVID-19. Thanks everyone!!
